For the scrambled eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 onion (1)
- 1/4 zucchini
- 50 ml milk

preparation
- Whisk the egg yolk together with the milk and some organic herb salt .
- Chop the onion (1), grate the zucchini and fry in a little butter.
- Then add the egg and fry briefly.
- Garnish with a little cress.
