Ingredients for one serving
- 50 g quinoa
- 100 ml coconut milk (1)
- 1 apricot
- 1 small apple
- 150 g coconut yogurt (1)

preparation
- Bring the quinoa and coconut milk (1) to a boil in a pot and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Place everything in a bowl and let it cool.
- Meanwhile, wash the apricot and the apple and cut them into small pieces.
- Mix quinoa with coconut yogurt (1).

Serve with apple and apricot.
