Quinoa with coconut yogurt and fruit

A delicious low-histamine breakfast bowl: quinoa with coconut yogurt, apple, and apricot. Quick, easy, and vegan.

Ingredients for one serving

  • 50 g quinoa
  • 100 ml coconut milk (1)
  • 1 apricot
  • 1 small apple
  • 150 g coconut yogurt (1)
Recipe

preparation

  • Bring the quinoa and coconut milk (1) to a boil in a pot and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Place everything in a bowl and let it cool.
  • Meanwhile, wash the apricot and the apple and cut them into small pieces.
  • Mix quinoa with coconut yogurt (1).
  • Serve with apple and apricot.
