Gluten-free Valentine's Day cookies
Today we have a sweet recipe for gluten-free Valentine's Day cookies for you! Bake these heart-shaped cookies for yourself #selflove or treat someone to a delicious Valentine's Day surprise!

Preparation time
10 minutes + 8 minutes baking time per tray
Ingredients
- 125 g rice flour
- 65 g gluten-free oat flour (1)
- 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
- 60 g rice syrup
- 30 g melted coconut oil
- 50 ml water
- 1 HistaFood Organic Berry Bar
Optional
- A little cinnamon or vanilla (1)

preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).
- Knead all ingredients together to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough thinly on a work surface dusted with rice flour and cut out heart shapes.
- Finely chop and crumble the HistaFood organic berry bars.
- Spread evenly over the cookies and press down lightly.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for about 8 minutes.
