Gluten-free Valentine's Day cookies

Today we have a sweet recipe for gluten-free Valentine's Day cookies for you! Bake these heart-shaped cookies for yourself #selflove or treat someone to a delicious Valentine's Day surprise!

This recipe is

Preparation time   

10 minutes + 8 minutes baking time per tray 

Ingredients 

  • 125 g rice flour 
  • 65 g gluten-free oat flour (1)
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder 
  • 60 g rice syrup 
  • 30 g melted coconut oil 
  • 50 ml water 
  • 1 HistaFood Organic Berry Bar  

Optional  

  • A little cinnamon or vanilla (1) 

Gluten-free Valentine's Day cookies
preparation
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). 
  • Knead all ingredients together to form a dough. 
  • Roll out the dough thinly on a work surface dusted with rice flour and cut out heart shapes. 
  • Finely chop and crumble the HistaFood organic berry bars. 
  • Spread evenly over the cookies and press down lightly. 
  • Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for about 8 minutes.
