Blueberry Oats

Our HistaFood organic grain muesli combined with delicious wild blueberries!
Simply heavenly!

This recipe is   

  • vegan
  • suitable for a low-histamine diet 
  • gluten-free 
  • lactose-free 

Preparation time

15 minutes 

Ingredients for 4 people 

  • 85g frozen wild blueberries  
  • 475 ml oat milk (1) (gluten-free if necessary)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup  
  • ½ tsp acerola juice  
  • A pinch of salt  
  • 200 g HistaFood organic grain muesli  
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon  

Toppings:  

Blueberries, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, almond butter (1) etc.  

 Blueberry Oats preparation 

  • Blend wild blueberries, oat milk, maple syrup, acerola juice, salt and cinnamon in a blender. 
  • Mix HistaFood organic grain muesli with the blueberry milk and let it soak for 10 minutes. 
  • Then serve with toppings. 

Our HistaFood tip  

For a low-fructose version, you can simply replace our HistaFood organic grain muesli with rolled oats and the maple syrup with rice syrup.
