Blueberry Oats

Ingredients for 4 people
- 85g frozen wild blueberries
- 475 ml oat milk (1) (gluten-free if necessary)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp acerola juice
- A pinch of salt
- 200 g HistaFood organic grain muesli
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Toppings:
Blueberries, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, almond butter (1) etc.
preparation
- Blend wild blueberries, oat milk, maple syrup, acerola juice, salt and cinnamon in a blender.
- Mix HistaFood organic grain muesli with the blueberry milk and let it soak for 10 minutes.
- Then serve with toppings.
Our HistaFood tip
For a low-fructose version, you can simply replace our HistaFood organic grain muesli with rolled oats and the maple syrup with rice syrup.
