Vegetable stir-fry with chicken
This low-histamine vegetable stir-fry with chicken breast is quick to prepare and always delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1/2 head of broccoli
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 1 chicken breast (organic)
- 6 mushrooms (1)
- 1 cup of cream
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp caraway seeds
- Grated mozzarella
- Fresh coriander
- Olive oil
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt

preparation
- Wash the chicken breast with water and pat dry, then fry in a pan with olive oil and the mushrooms (1).
- Pour in the cream, then add the chopped broccoli and cauliflower.
- Season with turmeric, fennel seeds, caraway and organic herb salt , then steam with the lid closed for about 10 minutes.
- Serve with grated mozzarella and fresh coriander and enjoy.

You can also use, for example, bell peppers, pointed cabbage and potatoes for the vegetable stir-fry; these are also low in fructose.
