Baked oats with blueberries

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 70g gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
  • 4 tbsp applesauce
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oat milk (1)
  • 50 g frozen blueberries

preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place gluten-free rolled oats, cream of tartar baking powder, applesauce, cinnamon and gluten-free oat milk (1) into a blender and blend.
  • Stir in the blueberries.
  • Pour everything into a small casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with blueberries and bake in a preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.
