Baked oats with blueberries
Need a change from your usual breakfast? Then try these low-histamine baked oats with blueberries! This recipe is easy, quick, and super delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 70g gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
- 4 tbsp applesauce
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oat milk (1)
- 50 g frozen blueberries

preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place gluten-free rolled oats, cream of tartar baking powder, applesauce, cinnamon and gluten-free oat milk (1) into a blender and blend.
- Stir in the blueberries.
- Pour everything into a small casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with blueberries and bake in a preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.
