Vegetable stir-fry with chicken

This low-histamine vegetable stir-fry with chicken breast is quick to prepare and always delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1/2 head of broccoli
  • 1/2 cauliflower
  • 1 chicken breast (organic)
  • 6 mushrooms (1)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp caraway seeds
  • Grated mozzarella
  • Fresh coriander
  • Olive oil

preparation

  • Wash the chicken breast with water and pat dry, then fry in a pan with olive oil and the mushrooms (1).
  • Pour in the cream, then add the chopped broccoli and cauliflower.
  • Season with turmeric, fennel seeds, caraway and organic herb salt , then steam with the lid closed for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with grated mozzarella and fresh coriander and enjoy.

You can also use, for example, bell peppers, pointed cabbage and potatoes for the vegetable stir-fry; these are also low in fructose.
