Grilled zucchini rolls

You'll love these low-histamine zucchini rolls from the grill!  Easy and quick to prepare, and perfect for a balmy summer evening.

Preparation time 

30 minutes  

Ingredients for 1-2 people  

 As a dip  

  • 3 tbsp coconut yogurt (1)
  • 1 clove of garlic (1)  
  • 1 tbsp acerola juice  
  • Salt  

Zucchini rolls preparation 

  • Wash the zucchini and cut into very thin slices.  
  • Place the slices on a plate and salt them.  
  • Wash, clean, and core the yellow and red bell peppers.  
  • Cut into thin strips  
  • Wash the broccoli and cut it into thin strips, including the stalk and florets.  
  • Pat the zucchini dry and roll it up with bell pepper and broccoli.  
  • Grill on both sides.  
  • Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic clove.  
  • Mix HistaFood organic vegetable spread , tahini, coconut yogurt, garlic, salt and acerola juice to make a dip.  
  • Serve the zucchini rolls with the dip.
