Grilled zucchini rolls

Ingredients for 1-2 people
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- broccoli
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
As a dip
- 2 tbsp HistaFood Organic Vegetable Spread Carrot & Beetroot
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp coconut yogurt (1)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 1 tbsp acerola juice
- Salt
preparation
- Wash the zucchini and cut into very thin slices.
- Place the slices on a plate and salt them.
- Wash, clean, and core the yellow and red bell peppers.
- Cut into thin strips
- Wash the broccoli and cut it into thin strips, including the stalk and florets.
- Pat the zucchini dry and roll it up with bell pepper and broccoli.
- Grill on both sides.
- Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic clove.
- Mix HistaFood organic vegetable spread , tahini, coconut yogurt, garlic, salt and acerola juice to make a dip.
- Serve the zucchini rolls with the dip.
