Vegan Rice Cake Tiramisu
Low-histamine tiramisu! We've adapted this popular Italian dessert for you as a vegan, low-histamine, and gluten-free rice cake tiramisu. So simple and delicious!

Ingredients for 2 people
- 4 rice cakes
- 100 ml gluten-free oat milk (1)
- 5 tbsp coconut yogurt (1)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp HistaFood Organic Protein Spread Pumpkin Seed & Pistachio
- A handful of chopped pistachios
preparation
- Soak rice cakes in oat milk (1)
- Place a rice cake on a plate
- Mix together coconut yogurt, maple syrup and organic protein spread , and add 1-2 tablespoons to the rice cake.
- Place another rice cake on top and cover with 1-2 tablespoons of coconut-pistachio yogurt.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve.

For a low-fructose tiramisu, you can simply replace the maple syrup with rice syrup.
