Grilled nectarines with vegan feta

These grilled nectarines with vegan feta and thyme create a savory-sweet treat on the grill. Perfect for a balmy summer evening. They are quick to prepare and can be served warm or cold.

Preparation time 

15 minutes  

Ingredients for 1-2 people  

  • 3 nectarines  
  • 50ml coconut oil melted  
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup  
  • 1 pinch of salt  

For the filling  

  • 100g vegan feta cheese (1)  
  • fresh thyme

Grilled nectarines preparation 

  • Wash, halve, and pit the nectarines.  
  • Mix together coconut oil, maple syrup and salt, and brush the insides of the nectarines with the mixture.  
  • Place the nectarines, cut-side down, on the hot grill and grill for about 5 minutes on each side.  
  • Remove the nectarines from the grill and top with vegan feta cheese (1) and some fresh thyme.  
  • Mix acerola juice, maple syrup and coconut oil to make a dressing and pour over the nectarines.  
  • Season with a little HistaFood organic herb salt and serve.

Instead of nectarines, you can also use peaches or apricots, for example.
