Grilled nectarines with vegan feta
These grilled nectarines with vegan feta and thyme create a savory-sweet treat on the grill. Perfect for a balmy summer evening. They are quick to prepare and can be served warm or cold.

Ingredients for 1-2 people
- 3 nectarines
- 50ml coconut oil melted
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
For the filling
- 100g vegan feta cheese (1)
- fresh thyme
dressing
- 1 tbsp acerola juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil melted
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
preparation
- Wash, halve, and pit the nectarines.
- Mix together coconut oil, maple syrup and salt, and brush the insides of the nectarines with the mixture.
- Place the nectarines, cut-side down, on the hot grill and grill for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Remove the nectarines from the grill and top with vegan feta cheese (1) and some fresh thyme.
- Mix acerola juice, maple syrup and coconut oil to make a dressing and pour over the nectarines.
- Season with a little HistaFood organic herb salt and serve.
