Gluten-free mini wrap breads
These gluten-free mini wrap breads are easy to prepare and absolutely delicious. Perfect for a barbecue or as a takeaway bread.

Ingredients for 1-2 people
- ½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tsp black cumin
- ½ cup water
- Salt
Dip 1
- 4 tbsp Gluten-free oat cream cheese (1)
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
Dip 2 (not low fructose)
- 4 tbsp HistaFood Organic Vegetable Spread Carrot & Beetroot
- 50g vegan feta cheese (1)
Dip 3
- 3 tbsp tahini (1)
- 4 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp acerola juice
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt

preparation
- Blend rolled oats, flax seeds, black cumin, water and salt in a blender.
- Bake in a coated pan without oil as mini wrap breads on both sides.
- Mix the 3 dips together and serve with the mini wrap breads.
Our HistaFood tip
Depending on your taste, you can also replace the black cumin seeds with, for example, chia seeds, Italian herbs or pumpkin seeds.
For a sweet version, you can also use our organic apricot fruit spread or our organic pumpkin seed & pistachio protein spread as a dip or spread.
