Honey spelt pops with berries

It really couldn't be simpler! These low-histamine spelt pops, sweetened with berries and honey, are simply perfect for a quick and satisfying breakfast.

  • 100g organic spelt pops (sweetened with honey)
  • 100g blueberries
  • 100 g blackberries
  • 400 ml oat milk (1)
  • 2 tsp honey

  • Place the spelt pops and berries in a bowl, then add oat milk (1) and honey.
