Lamb's lettuce cappuccino

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 3-5 potatoes
- 50 g lamb's lettuce
- 1 onion (1)
- 1 garlic (1)
- 3 juniper berries
- 2 bay leaves

- 50 ml oat milk, gluten-free (1)
- 1 liter of water

preparation
- Simmer the potatoes, onion (1), garlic (1) together with the juniper berries and bay leaves in about 1 liter of water for 20 minutes.
- Remove the spices, add the lamb's lettuce, season with some organic herb salt and puree everything.
- Meanwhile, heat the gluten-free oat milk (1) and whisk until frothy. Arrange on plates and garnish with a little red pepper.
