Lamb's lettuce cappuccino

Super creamy and not only rich in taste, but also in vitamins.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 3-5 potatoes
  • 50 g lamb's lettuce
  • 1 onion (1)
  • 1 garlic (1)
  • 3 juniper berries
  • 2 bay leaves
  • HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
  • 50 ml oat milk, gluten-free (1)
  • 1 liter of water

preparation

  • Simmer the potatoes, onion (1), garlic (1) together with the juniper berries and bay leaves in about 1 liter of water for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the spices, add the lamb's lettuce, season with some organic herb salt and puree everything.
  • Meanwhile, heat the gluten-free oat milk (1) and whisk until frothy. Arrange on plates and garnish with a little red pepper.
