Cream cheese board with whole-grain bread
Are you familiar with the new food trend, Butter Board? We tried this trend in a low-histamine version with gluten-free oat cream cheese and our HistaFood organic seeded bread . It not only looks fantastic, it tastes amazing too!

Preparation time
10 minutes + approx. 1 hour baking time
Ingredients for 3-4 people
- 1 pack of HistaFood organic grain bread
- 200g oat cream cheese (gluten-free) (1)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ pomegranate
- 2-3 sprigs of rosemary
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt

preparation
- Bake HistaFood organic grain bread according to the package instructions and let it cool slightly.
- Pomegranate seeds
- Spread gluten-free oat cream cheese (1) on a board (with or without baking paper).
- Spread olive oil and pomegranate seeds on top.
- Season with HistaFood organic herb salt
- Serve with rosemary and fresh HistaFood organic grain bread.
