Lasagna soup

If you like lasagna, you'll love this low-histamine lasagna soup!
Easy and quick to prepare, and perfect for the cold season.

Ingredients for 3-4 people

  • 3 carrots
  • 3 parsley roots
  • 2 onions (1)
  • 3 cloves of garlic (1)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1 jar of HistaFood organic vegetable sauce
  • 150g spelt lasagna sheets
  • 3 tbsp HistaFood Organic Vegetable Broth
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Approximately 1.2 liters of water
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 50g grated mozzarella
  • 2 spring onions (1)
Lasagna soup

preparation

  • Wash the vegetables and cut them into small cubes.
  • Sauté the vegetables with the onions and garlic in a large pot with cooking olive oil.
  • Deglaze with the organic vegetable sauce and water.
  • Bring the soup to a boil, then add the shredded lasagna sheets.
  • Reduce the heat to medium.
  • Season with organic vegetable broth , maple syrup, bay leaves, turmeric, cinnamon and salt.
  • Let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • When the lasagna sheets are cooked, serve the soup with fresh parsley, grated mozzarella and spring onions.

Our HistaFood tip

You can also prepare the soup with meat. To do this, brown 200g of ground beef in olive oil and then add the vegetables to sauté.
