Apple-Cranberry Punch
You can easily make this low-histamine apple and cranberry punch yourself. Perfect for the Christmas season.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 250 ml apple juice
- 250 ml cranberry juice
- 25 g coconut blossom sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 star anise (1)
- 2 carnations
- 50 g fresh cranberries
- Maple syrup
- Cinnamon and sugar for the rim
- Optionally, a cinnamon stick for decoration.

preparation
- Heat apple juice and cranberry juice with coconut blossom sugar, cinnamon stick, star anise and cloves in a pot (do not boil!) and remove from the heat.
- Wash and add the cranberries.
- Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Dip a glass upside down in maple syrup and then press the glass into a bowl of cinnamon sugar.
- Pour the punch into a glass and serve warm.
