Apple-Cranberry Punch

You can easily make this low-histamine apple and cranberry punch yourself. Perfect for the Christmas season.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 250 ml cranberry juice
  • 25 g coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 star anise (1)
  • 2 carnations
  • 50 g fresh cranberries
  • Maple syrup
  • Cinnamon and sugar for the rim
  • Optionally, a cinnamon stick for decoration.
Apple Canberra Punch Histamine

preparation

  • Heat apple juice and cranberry juice with coconut blossom sugar, cinnamon stick, star anise and cloves in a pot (do not boil!) and remove from the heat.
  • Wash and add the cranberries.
  • Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
  • Dip a glass upside down in maple syrup and then press the glass into a bowl of cinnamon sugar.
  • Pour the punch into a glass and serve warm.
