Green Goddess Salad
This low-histamine Green Goddess salad is simply addictive: It is creamy, spicy and offers a delicious change to the menu.

Ingredients for 1-2 people:
- 1 cucumber
- ½ pointed cabbage
Dressing:
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp acerola juice
- 50g macadamia nuts
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
preparation
- Wash and trim the cucumber and pointed cabbage, then cut them into small cubes.
- Wash the parsley and finely purée it with garlic, olive oil, agave syrup, acerola juice, macadamia nuts and a little salt.
- Mix the dressing with the vegetables and serve.
