Green Goddess Salad

This low-histamine Green Goddess salad is simply addictive: It is creamy, spicy and offers a delicious change to the menu.

This recipe is  

  • suitable for a low-histamine diet 
  • gluten-free 
  • lactose-free
  • vegan 

Preparation time  

20 minutes 

Ingredients for 1-2 people: 

  • 1 cucumber 
  • ½ pointed cabbage 

Dressing: 

  • 1 bunch of parsley 
  • 1 clove of garlic (1) 
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup 
  • 1 tbsp acerola juice 
  • 50g macadamia nuts 
  • HistaFood Organic Herb Salt

Green Goddess Salad Histamine preparation  

  • Wash and trim the cucumber and pointed cabbage, then cut them into small cubes. 
  • Wash the parsley and finely purée it with garlic, olive oil, agave syrup, acerola juice, macadamia nuts and a little salt. 
  • Mix the dressing with the vegetables and serve.

You can also add iceberg lettuce, finely grated zucchini or lamb's lettuce to the salad.
