Bami Goreng with black rice noodles

Crisp vegetables stir-fried in a wok, with black rice noodles and a hint of coco-aminos.

  • Wash and chop the vegetables, then fry them in a wok (or frying pan) together with the spices in coconut oil and deglaze with about 300ml of water.
  • Steam for about 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to the instructions and add them to the wok.
  • Season the vegetables with some organic herb salt and organic Asian sauce .
  • Toast some sesame seeds (1) in a pan and sprinkle over the top. Garnish with fresh coriander.
