Bami Goreng with black rice noodles
Crisp vegetables stir-fried in a wok, with black rice noodles and a hint of coco-aminos.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- Black rice noodles
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 head of broccoli
- 1 small ginger root (1)
- 1 onion (1)
- 2 garlic cloves (1)
- 1 tsp black cumin
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 2 tsp sesame seeds (1)
- 3 tbsp HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
- Fresh coriander

preparation
- Wash and chop the vegetables, then fry them in a wok (or frying pan) together with the spices in coconut oil and deglaze with about 300ml of water.
- Steam for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to the instructions and add them to the wok.
- Season the vegetables with some organic herb salt and organic Asian sauce .
- Toast some sesame seeds (1) in a pan and sprinkle over the top. Garnish with fresh coriander.
