  • 1/2 iceberg lettuce
  • 2 chicory (here purple)
  • 1 spring onion (1)
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1 can of corn (if tolerated), or alternatively frozen corn
  • 200g cottage cheese
  • olive oil

  • Wash and chop the vegetables, mix everything together, then add the sweetcorn and cottage cheese.
