Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1/2 iceberg lettuce
- 2 chicory (here purple)
- 1 spring onion (1)
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 can of corn (if tolerated), or alternatively frozen corn
- 200g cottage cheese
- olive oil
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt

preparation
- Wash and chop the vegetables, mix everything together, then add the sweetcorn and cottage cheese.
- Refine with a little olive oil and organic herb salt .
