Spelt spirals with pointed cabbage and zucchini cream
Pointed cabbage is a true superfood: it contains many vitamins, minerals and fiber.
And it goes perfectly with pasta!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- Spelt spiral pasta
- 1/2 pointed cabbage
- 1/2 zucchini
- 2 garlic cloves (1)
- 1 onion (1)
- Oat cream cheese (1)
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
- 1 pinch of caraway
- Olive oil
- 100 ml water
- 50 ml acerola juice

preparation
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
- Wash the pointed cabbage, remove the core from the leaves and cut the leaves into narrow strips.
- Heat some olive oil in a pan, finely grate the onion (1), the garlic (1) and the zucchini and briefly fry them together with the cabbage.
- Then deglaze with a little water and acerola juice.
- Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, then stir in the oat cream cheese (1) and season with the organic herb salt .
- Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy.

If you can't tolerate cabbage, you can also make this recipe with leafy greens, for example. For a gluten-free version, you can use rice noodles and gluten-free oat cream cheese (1).
