Ingredients for 2 servings
- Spelt spirals
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 1 onion (1)
- 1/4 red cabbage
- 1/2 head of broccoli
- oregano
- thyme
- Oat cream cheese (1)
- Olive oil
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt

preparation
- Chop the onion (1) and garlic (1) finely and sauté briefly in a pan with olive oil.
- Then add the finely chopped carrot, broccoli and zucchini.
- Deglaze with a little water and simmer for a good 5 minutes.
- Remove the core and cut the red cabbage into thin strips, add and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Season with fresh herbs and organic herb salt . Cook the pasta in the meantime. Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with a little oat cream cheese and fresh herbs.

For a low-carb version, you can use konjac noodles or homemade zucchini noodles, for example. For a gluten-free version, you can use rice noodles, for example.
