Potatoes with fried egg and pak choi
Pak choi power! Unfortunately, spinach is often not well tolerated by those with histamine intolerance, so a low-histamine alternative is essential: potatoes with a fried egg and pak choi "spinach". Quick to prepare and simply delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 6-8 potatoes
- 2-4 egg yolks
- 1 Pak Choi
- 1 light onion (1)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- Olive oil
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
- Lactose-free butter (1)

preparation
- Boil the potatoes and then peel them.
- Meanwhile, fry the onion (1) and the garlic (1) in a pan with olive oil.
- Chop the pak choi into small pieces and remove the stem, then fry it and deglaze with a little water.
- Fry the egg yolk in another pan.
- Arrange everything on a plate and refine with organic herb salt and butter.
