Potatoes with fried egg and pak choi

Pak choi power! Unfortunately, spinach is often not well tolerated by those with histamine intolerance, so a low-histamine alternative is essential: potatoes with a fried egg and pak choi "spinach". Quick to prepare and simply delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 6-8 potatoes
  • 2-4 egg yolks
  • 1 Pak Choi
  • 1 light onion (1)
  • 1 clove of garlic (1)
  • Olive oil
  • HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
  • Lactose-free butter (1)

preparation

  • Boil the potatoes and then peel them.
  • Meanwhile, fry the onion (1) and the garlic (1) in a pan with olive oil.
  • Chop the pak choi into small pieces and remove the stem, then fry it and deglaze with a little water.
  • Fry the egg yolk in another pan.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and refine with organic herb salt and butter.
