Spelt Blueberry Waffles with Apple
Fruity and wonderfully fragrant – these spelt blueberry waffles with apple are perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a sweet treat. The combination of warm waffles and fried apple creates a particularly harmonious taste experience.

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 300 g spelt flour
- 250 ml oat milk (1)
- 1 packet cream of tartar baking powder
- 50 ml rapeseed oil
- 3 egg yolks
- 50 g coconut blossom sugar
- 100 g blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
For the topping
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp honey

Preparation
- Mix all ingredients for the waffles and cook them in a waffle iron.
- Meanwhile, slice the apple and fry it in a pan with oil.
- Arrange everything and refine with a little honey.
