Date Carpaccio

With this carpaccio as a dessert, you will not only surprise your guests with its taste, but it also looks fantastic!  

This recipe is

Preparation time    

15 minutes  

Ingredients 

  • 5-6 Medjool dates  
  • 3 tbsp almond butter (1)  
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios  
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes  

Date Carpaccio preparation

  • Pit the dates and slice them.  
  • Place on a plate, cover with baking paper and smooth with a spoon.  
  • Top with almond butter, pistachios and coconut flakes and serve.
