Pumpkin Bruschetta

A classic recipe, adapted for autumn and winter: Pumpkin bruschetta with our delicious HistaFood organic grain bread.

Ingredients for 3-4 people  

Pumpkin Bruschetta preparation  

  • Bake HistaFood organic grain bread according to the package instructions and then let it cool.  
  • Wash, peel, deseed and dice the pumpkin.  
  • Roast the pumpkin in a pan with olive oil, thyme, salt and HistaFood organic Asian sauce until cooked through.  
  • Slice the bread and toast it.  
  • Peel 1 clove of garlic and cut off the tip.  
  • Rub onto the toasted bread slices  
  • Distribute the pumpkin cubes evenly over the bread and serve warm or cold with pumpkin seeds.  
  • This goes well with some vegan feta cheese.  

Our HistaFood tip 

For a low-fructose version, please omit the garlic and the HistaFood organic Asian sauce . You can mix the pumpkin with, for example, the HistaFood organic vegetable spread zucchini-basil . Also very delicious!
