Pumpkin Bruschetta

Ingredients for 3-4 people
- 1 HistaFood Organic Grain Bread
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 200 g Hokkaido pumpkin
- 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
- 1 tbsp thyme
- Salt
- 1 tbsp HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce
- pumpkin seeds
- vegan feta cheese (1) if needed
preparation
- Bake HistaFood organic grain bread according to the package instructions and then let it cool.
- Wash, peel, deseed and dice the pumpkin.
- Roast the pumpkin in a pan with olive oil, thyme, salt and HistaFood organic Asian sauce until cooked through.
- Slice the bread and toast it.
- Peel 1 clove of garlic and cut off the tip.
- Rub onto the toasted bread slices
- Distribute the pumpkin cubes evenly over the bread and serve warm or cold with pumpkin seeds.
- This goes well with some vegan feta cheese.

For a low-fructose version, please omit the garlic and the HistaFood organic Asian sauce . You can mix the pumpkin with, for example, the HistaFood organic vegetable spread zucchini-basil . Also very delicious!
