Gut-health pancakes with cherry cream cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings
For the pancakes
- 4 tbsp coconut flour (1)
- 2 tbsp flaxseed flour
- 1 tsp rock salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 300 ml water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil for frying
For the topping
- 1 pack of gluten-free oat cream cheese (1)
- 50g frozen cherries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup

preparation
- Mix the ingredients, let them soak briefly, then moisten your hands with a little water and form four flatbreads from the dough.
- Fry in a pan with coconut oil until golden brown on both sides.
- For the topping, blend the gluten-free oat cream cheese with the cherries and a little maple syrup.
- Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy.
