Blitz Blackberry and Blueberry Jam

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 2 tbsp frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp blackberries (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons of dextrose
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons of water

preparation

  • Take the blueberries and blackberries out of the freezer and then blend them together with the dextrose, chia seeds and a little water.
  • Then briefly heat in a pot, let it cool down a bit and enjoy.
