Blitz Blackberry and Blueberry Jam

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 2 tbsp frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp blackberries (frozen)
- 2 tablespoons of dextrose
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 4 tablespoons of water

preparation
- Take the blueberries and blackberries out of the freezer and then blend them together with the dextrose, chia seeds and a little water.
- Then briefly heat in a pot, let it cool down a bit and enjoy.
