Oven-roasted vegetables with herbed yogurt
Simple and delicious: Oven-roasted vegetables are super easy to prepare and can be made with all low-histamine vegetables.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 6 potatoes (various colors)
- 2 zucchini
- 1 chicory
- Olive oil
- 200 g coconut yogurt (1)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 handful of basil
- 1 handful of parsley
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt

preparation
- Chop the vegetables into small pieces and marinate them with a little oil and salt.
- Then cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- For the dressing, mix the coconut yogurt (1) with olive oil, finely chopped basil and parsley and season with organic herb salt .
- Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy.
