Craving rice pudding but don't want to spend ages in the kitchen? Then this low-histamine, quick rice pudding recipe is the perfect alternative! Simple, fast, and delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 100 g rice flakes
- 400 ml gluten-free oat milk (1)
- 100 ml coconut milk (1)
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon

preparation
- Mix all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and let it swell for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let it stand for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with cinnamon.
