Quick milk rice

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 100 g rice flakes
  • 400 ml gluten-free oat milk (1)
  • 100 ml coconut milk (1)
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Recipe

preparation

  • Mix all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let it swell for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove the pot from the heat and let it stand for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve with cinnamon.
