Cherry ice cream with caramelized almonds

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 200 g sweet cherries (frozen)
- 100 ml coconut milk (1)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 20 g almond slivers (1)
- 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar

preparation
- Remove the cherries from the freezer and blend them together with the coconut milk (1).
- Meanwhile, caramelize the almond slivers (1) together with the coconut oil and coconut blossom sugar in a pan.
- Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy.
