Baked Noodles
Quick and easy to prepare: These vegan "baked noodles" are not only incredibly delicious, but also suitable for a low-histamine diet, gluten-free and lactose-free!

Ingredients

1 can of coconut milk (1) (400 ml)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp paprika powder
-
1 small piece of ginger (1)

1 clove of garlic (1)

2-3 Pak Choi
-
2-3 carrots
-
A little fresh coriander
-
1 small onion (1)

Rice noodles 200 g
-
400 ml water
-
Some sesame (1)
preparation

Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).

Pour coconut milk (1) into an oven dish

Add HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce , salt and paprika powder and stir.

Peel and finely dice ginger (1) and garlic clove (1).

Place in the oven dish

Wash the pak choi and cut it into large pieces.

Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips.
-
Peel the onion (1), halve it and cut it into thin slices.

Place the pak choi, carrots, onion (1) and rice noodles into the oven dish.

Pour 400 ml of water over it.

Cover everything with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Mix everything together and serve with fresh coriander and sesame seeds (1).
