Baked Noodles

Quick and easy to prepare: These vegan "baked noodles" are not only incredibly delicious, but also suitable for a low-histamine diet, gluten-free and lactose-free!

This recipe is

Preparation time  

10 minutes + 20 minutes baking time  

Ingredients  

  • 1 can of coconut milk (1) (400 ml)  

  • 1 tsp salt  

  • 1 tsp paprika powder  

  • 1 small piece of ginger (1)  

  • 1 clove of garlic (1)  

  • 2-3 Pak Choi  

  • 2-3 carrots  

  • A little fresh coriander  

  • 1 small onion (1)  

  • Rice noodles 200 g  

  • 400 ml water  

  • Some sesame (1)  

Baked Noodles

preparation  

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).  

  • Pour coconut milk (1) into an oven dish  

  • Peel and finely dice ginger (1) and garlic clove (1).  

  • Place in the oven dish  

  • Wash the pak choi and cut it into large pieces.  

  • Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips.  

  • Peel the onion (1), halve it and cut it into thin slices.  

  • Place the pak choi, carrots, onion (1) and rice noodles into the oven dish.  

  • Pour 400 ml of water over it.  

  • Cover everything with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.  

  • Remove from the oven. Mix everything together and serve with fresh coriander and sesame seeds (1).
