Asian cucumber salad
Today we're having a creamy, low-histamine cucumber salad. This recipe is quick to prepare – and a delicious, Asian-inspired alternative to the usual cucumber salad.

Ingredients for 1-2 people
- 1 cucumber
- Salt
- 1 handful of chopped almonds (1)
- Some fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp almond butter (1)
- 2 tablespoons acerola juice
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of water

preparation
- Wash the cucumber, quarter it lengthwise and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash and finely chop the parsley.
- Mix salt, almond butter, acerola juice, agave syrup, HistaFood Asian sauce and water to make a salad dressing and toss with the cucumbers.
- Serve with parsley and chopped almonds.
