Asian pizza
An Italian classic with a touch of Asian cuisine: Homemade low-histamine Asian pizza with colorful vegetables and coriander.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 250 g spelt flour
- Crème fraîche
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion (1)
- 1 spring onion (1)
- 2 garlic
- Frozen corn
- 2 mozzarella
- coriander

- Olive oil

preparation
- Mix the spelt flour with about 50 ml olive oil and a little water until the dough is medium firm.
- Roll the dough out nice and thin, then bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Then spread with crème fraîche, top with ingredients and season with organic herb salt .
- Then put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes or so.
- Finally, garnish with fresh coriander!
Our HistaFood tip
For a gluten-free version, you can also use gluten-free oat flour instead of spelt flour. For even more low-histamine Asian flavor, you can also add some turmeric to the dough or refine the pizza with Thai basil in addition to the coriander.
