Asian pizza

An Italian classic with a touch of Asian cuisine: Homemade low-histamine Asian pizza with colorful vegetables and coriander.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 250 g spelt flour
  • Crème fraîche
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion (1)
  • 1 spring onion (1)
  • 2 garlic
  • Frozen corn
  • 2 mozzarella
  • coriander
  • HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
  • Olive oil

preparation

  • Mix the spelt flour with about 50 ml olive oil and a little water until the dough is medium firm.
  • Roll the dough out nice and thin, then bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Then spread with crème fraîche, top with ingredients and season with organic herb salt .
  • Then put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes or so.
  • Finally, garnish with fresh coriander!

Our HistaFood tip

For a gluten-free version, you can also use gluten-free oat flour instead of spelt flour. For even more low-histamine Asian flavor, you can also add some turmeric to the dough or refine the pizza with Thai basil in addition to the coriander.
