Apple and cinnamon porridge with grapes

  • 100g gluten-free rolled oats
  • 250ml water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 apple
  • 2 handfuls of grapes
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Almond flakes (1)

preparation

  • Cook the oats with water and a pinch of salt, then sweeten with maple syrup and add cinnamon.
  • Serve with fresh apple, grapes and almonds (1).
