Hello! I'm Ana – the founder of HistaFood.
The topic of "low-histamine diet" has been with me for over 10 years now, because after the diagnosis of "histamine intolerance" I had to completely change my diet. I found this process very cumbersome and restrictive, especially at the beginning, because there simply weren't any specifically low-histamine products on the market back then.
