Zucchini Snack Patties

These low-histamine zucchini snack patties are not only suitable as a snack, but also excellent as a main course with rice or potatoes.

Ingredients for 2 people

preparation

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).
  • Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices.
  • In a bowl, mix zucchini with a little olive oil, HistaFood organic herb salt , paprika powder and 50g grated mozzarella.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and stack the zucchini slices on top of each other (approx. 5-6 pieces).
  • Distribute the remaining cheese in the bowl over the zucchini fritters and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
