Fried Asian noodles
Fried noodles like you get at an Asian restaurant – but low in histamine? With this recipe, you can really enjoy them!

Ingredients for 2 people
- 150g spelt ribbon pasta
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 1 spring onion (1)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- Olive oil
- 30ml HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce
- Salt

preparation
- Wash and trim the carrot and zucchini, then cut them into long, thin strips.
- Wash the spring onion, cut it into thin rings and set aside.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic clove.
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions.
- Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the vegetables with the garlic clove until browned, then season with salt.
- Drain the noodles and briefly sauté them with the vegetables.
- Serve the fried noodles with spring onions and HistaFood organic Asian sauce.
Our HistaFood tip
You can vary the vegetables however you like, and if you wish, you can also add fried chicken breast or two egg yolks. Marinate the chicken breast with a little cornstarch and salt before frying, then sear it. It will become very tender and taste fantastic, just like at an Asian restaurant. If you want to add egg yolks, simply add the two yolks at the end and sear the noodles again.
