Zoodles with roasted macadamia nuts
A light and gluten-free alternative to classic pasta. Super easy and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 zucchini
- 1-2 carrots
- 1 handful of macadamia nuts
- Olive oil
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
- Oat cream cheese, gluten-free (1)

preparation
- Use a spiralizer to cut the zucchini and carrot into noodle shapes and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil and salt.
- Then roast with macadamia nuts.
- Arrange everything on a plate and top with gluten-free oat cream cheese (1).
