Zoodles with roasted macadamia nuts

  • Use a spiralizer to cut the zucchini and carrot into noodle shapes and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil and salt.
  • Then roast with macadamia nuts.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and top with gluten-free oat cream cheese (1).
