Vegan Pistachio and Feta Dip
Feta cheese, pistachios, and olive oil blended into a smooth, creamy dip. This snack is simply perfect for a cozy autumn evening.

Ingredients for 2-3 people
- 50 g pistachios
- 180 vegan feta cheese (1)
- 3 tbsp coconut yogurt (1)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A little HistaFood organic herb salt
- Optional: 1 tsp HistaFood Organic Protein Spread Pumpkin Seed & Pistachio
preparation
- Finely grind the pistachios in a blender.
- Add feta cheese, coconut yogurt and olive oil and blend.
- Serve on a plate with a little olive oil, HistaFood Organic Herb Salt and optionally HistaFood Organic Protein Spread.
