Fried rice with beef

This beef fried rice is a great autumn dish. Nice and hearty with a subtle sweet note. You absolutely have to try it!

This recipe is

Preparation time   

20 minutes  

Ingredients for 1 person  

For the fried rice

  • 200g basmati rice  
  • 1 tbsp lactose-free butter  
  • 200g beef minute steaks  
  • 20 g cornstarch (corn or potato)  
  • 100g sweetcorn (frozen or fresh)  
  • 1 spring onion (1)  
  • A little olive oil for frying  

For the sauce

Fried rice with beef preparation  

  • Cook basmati rice according to package instructions.  
  • Cut beef minute steaks into thin strips and mix with cornstarch.  
  • Heat some olive oil in a coated pan and sear the strips of beef minute steak in it.  
  • Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and add it to the pan.  
  • Add sweetcorn and butter  
  • Peel the garlic clove and press it through a garlic press.  
  • Mix with HistaFood organic Asian sauce and honey and add to the rice  
  • Serve with chopped spring onions

You can also prepare this fried rice vegetarian-style. Instead of beef minute steaks, you can use broccoli florets, for example.
