Fried rice with beef
This beef fried rice is a great autumn dish. Nice and hearty with a subtle sweet note. You absolutely have to try it!

Ingredients for 1 person
For the fried rice
- 200g basmati rice
- 1 tbsp lactose-free butter
- 200g beef minute steaks
- 20 g cornstarch (corn or potato)
- 100g sweetcorn (frozen or fresh)
- 1 spring onion (1)
- A little olive oil for frying
For the sauce
- 3 tbsp HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
preparation
- Cook basmati rice according to package instructions.
- Cut beef minute steaks into thin strips and mix with cornstarch.
- Heat some olive oil in a coated pan and sear the strips of beef minute steak in it.
- Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and add it to the pan.
- Add sweetcorn and butter
- Peel the garlic clove and press it through a garlic press.
- Mix with HistaFood organic Asian sauce and honey and add to the rice
- Serve with chopped spring onions

You can also prepare this fried rice vegetarian-style. Instead of beef minute steaks, you can use broccoli florets, for example.
