Vegan Maroulosalata

Maroulosalata: A Greek way of preparing lettuce. This vegan and low-histamine Maroulosalata is perfect as a side dish for barbecues or as a light lunch.

Ingredients for 2-3 people

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons acerola juice
  • HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
  • 1 handful of dill (1)
  • 150g vegan feta cheese (1)

Vegan Maroulosalata

preparation

  • Wash, clean, and finely slice the lettuce.
  • Wash, trim and finely chop the dill.
  • In a small bowl, thoroughly mix olive oil, crumbled vegan feta cheese, finely chopped dill, acerola juice and a little herb salt.
  • Thoroughly mix the sauce and lettuce in a bowl and serve with HistaFood organic seeded bread.
