No-Bake Cherry Cups
Hey Sweetie! These fruity, delicious, and low-histamine no-bake cherry cups are perfect as a snack or a small dessert.

Preparation time

Ingredients for 1-2 people
- 1 cup gluten-free oat flour (1)
- ½ cup ground almonds (1)
- 2-3 tbsp almond butter (1)
- 2 tbsp date syrup
- 1.5 cups frozen cherries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp date syrup
- Alternatively, vegan white chocolate can be used as a topping (1)
preparation
- Heat the cherries and date syrup in a pot until the cherries have melted.
- Puree the cherries and mix with chia seeds.
- Knead oat flour, ground almonds, almond butter and date syrup into a dough and shape into small cups.
- Fill with cherries and top with melted white chocolate if desired.
- Chill for about 1 hour and then serve.
