Sweet potato glass noodles with fried zucchini

We love pasta – and all its variations! Today we're having quick and low-histamine sweet potato glass noodles with fried zucchini and garlic oil.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • Sweet potato glass noodles (organic)
  • 1 zucchini
  • Olive oil
  • Organic herb salt
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic (1)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
Sweet potato glass noodles with fried zucchini

preparation

  • Slice the zucchini and fry it in a pan with olive oil.
  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
  • Crush the garlic (1) and mix with olive oil.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and season with organic herb salt .
