We love pasta – and all its variations! Today we're having quick and low-histamine sweet potato glass noodles with fried zucchini and garlic oil.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- Sweet potato glass noodles (organic)
- 1 zucchini
- Olive oil
- Organic herb salt
- 2-3 cloves of garlic (1)
- Extra virgin olive oil

preparation
- Slice the zucchini and fry it in a pan with olive oil.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
- Crush the garlic (1) and mix with olive oil.
- Arrange everything on a plate and season with organic herb salt .
