Sweet rice paper snack

Easy to prepare, great taste: These sweet rice paper snacks filled with coconut yogurt and wild blueberries are perfect for warm summer days. Try them for yourself!

This recipe is

Preparation time   

10 minutes + freezing time  

Ingredients  

  • rice paper  
  • 200 g coconut yogurt (1)  
  • 100 g wild blueberries (frozen)  
  • 50 g rice syrup  
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut (1)

preparation  

  • Briefly heat the wild blueberries in a pot.  
  • Mix coconut yogurt (1) with wild blueberries and rice syrup  
  • Briefly moisten the rice paper on both sides.  
  • Place approximately 5 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into the center of the rice paper.  
  • Then fold the rice paper over from all 4 sides.  
  • Place the filled rice papers in the freezer.  
  • Remove after about 2-3 hours and enjoy cold.
