Cucumber salad with blueberries and feta

Ingredients  

  • 1 cucumber  
  • 50 g vegan feta cheese (1)  
  • 1 handful of blueberries  
  • 1 handful of pumpkin seeds  
  • A little fresh mint  
  • 1 tbsp olive oil  
  • 1 tbsp acerola juice  
  • HistaFood Organic Herb Salt  

 

Cucumber salad with blueberries and feta

preparation  

  • Wash the cucumber and cut it with a spiralizer.  
  • Spread vegan feta cheese on top  
  • Add blueberries, pumpkin seeds and mint  
  • Season with olive oil, acerola juice and HistaFood organic herb salt.
