Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 50 g vegan feta cheese (1)
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 handful of pumpkin seeds
- A little fresh mint
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp acerola juice

preparation
- Wash the cucumber and cut it with a spiralizer.
- Spread vegan feta cheese on top
- Add blueberries, pumpkin seeds and mint
- Season with olive oil, acerola juice and HistaFood organic herb salt.
