Spaghetti squash with vegetable sauce
Spaghetti squash is a real highlight on the plate! With our HistaFood organic vegetable sauce, it's quick to prepare and simply delicious.

Ingredients for 2 people
- 1 spaghetti squash
- Olive oil
- Salt
- HistaFood Organic Vegetable Sauce
- Basil for garnish

preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).
- Wash the spaghetti squash, halve it lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the pumpkin on the baking sheet with the cut side facing down.
- Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until the pulp easily comes away from the skin.
- Remove the spaghetti squash from the oven and carefully mix the flesh with a fork, adding a little olive oil and salt.
- Heat HistaFood organic vegetable sauce in a pot and serve with the spaghetti squash and fresh basil.

You can also pour the HistaFood organic vegetable sauce cold onto the spaghetti squash and heat it in the oven for another 10 minutes. Add some cheese, if desired, to top it off with a golden brown crust.
