Homemade 5-minute noodles

This recipe is

Ingredients for 1 serving
- 50g rice noodles
- 1/2 carrot (finely grated)
- 1/4 bell pepper, finely diced
- ¼ broccoli, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp HistaFood Organic Vegetable Broth
- 250 ml hot water
preparation
- Wash, peel, and grate the carrot.
- Wash the bell peppers and dice them finely.
- Wash and chop the broccoli into small pieces.
- Fill a storage jar with carrot, bell pepper and broccoli.
- Add rice noodles
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of HistaFood organic vegetable broth over it.
- Pour boiling water over it and let it steep, covered, for at least 10 minutes.
- Stir and serve immediately
