Homemade 5-minute noodles

preparation

  • Wash, peel, and grate the carrot.
  • Wash the bell peppers and dice them finely.
  • Wash and chop the broccoli into small pieces.
  • Fill a storage jar with carrot, bell pepper and broccoli.
  • Add rice noodles
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of HistaFood organic vegetable broth over it.
  • Pour boiling water over it and let it steep, covered, for at least 10 minutes.
  • Stir and serve immediately
