Quick Grape and Pistachio Ice Cream
This low-histamine grape and pistachio ice cream will delight you! It's also sugar-free, vegan, incredibly delicious, and quick to prepare.

Preparation time
5 minutes (freeze grapes 2-3 hours beforehand)
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 400g green seedless grapes (frozen)
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 50g Organic Protein Spread Pumpkin Seed & Pistachio
- 3 tbsp plant milk (1)
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios

preparation
- Remove the stems from the grapes and wash them.
- Place in a freezer bag in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-3 hours.
- Blend the grapes with maple syrup, organic protein spread and plant milk (1) in a blender.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve immediately.
