Quick Grape and Pistachio Ice Cream

This low-histamine grape and pistachio ice cream will delight you! It's also sugar-free, vegan, incredibly delicious, and quick to prepare.

Quick Grape and Pistachio Ice Cream

preparation

  • Remove the stems from the grapes and wash them.
  • Place in a freezer bag in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-3 hours.
  • Blend the grapes with maple syrup, organic protein spread and plant milk (1) in a blender.
  • Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve immediately.
