Beetroot roll

Ingredients
- 2-3 cooked beets
- 150 g gluten-free oat cream cheese (1)
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt (1)
- 2 carrots
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
- Some vegan feta (1) for garnish

preparation

Slice the beetroot as thinly as possible.

Lay out in a rectangle on a sheet of cling film

Mix oat cream cheese with coconut yogurt, parsley and garlic.

Season with HistaFood organic herb salt and spread over the beetroot.

Peel and grate the carrots, then briefly sauté them in a pan with a little water.

Allow to cool and spread evenly over the cream cheese mixture.

Carefully roll it up into a large roll

Garnish with parsley and feta and serve.
