Rooibos tea with milk and honey
This low-histamine rooibos tea is perfect as a hot drink for breakfast, with cake, or simply when you need a little tea break in between.

Preparation time

Ingredients for one serving
- 1 bag of rooibos tea
- 50 ml gluten-free oat milk (1)
- 1 tsp honey
- 300 ml hot water

preparation
- Bring the water to a boil, pour over the tea and let it steep according to the instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat the gluten-free oat milk (1) and whisk until frothy.
- Arrange everything on a plate and drizzle with a little honey.
